This policy explains what personal information Wilkes Technologies collects through this website, why, and what your rights are. We keep it short and plain on purpose. If anything is unclear, email [email protected].

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website. They process data on our behalf and only as we instruct:

  • Cloudflare: website hosting, security, privacy-friendly cookieless analytics and Turnstile spam protection on the contact form.
  • Resend: delivering contact form messages to our inbox.
  • Our email provider: storing correspondence.

Some of these providers are based in, or use servers in, the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US data bridge.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries, chat conversations and correspondence for up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep project records for as long as needed for the work and for legal, tax and accounting purposes (typically six years). Anonymous analytics data is kept in aggregate form only.
